ECAP Supports Basic Needs

Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program assists individuals by connecting them with the local agencies that can help with their specific needs.  We provide referrals and counseling for people who need guidance, housing, jobs, or emergency assistance.  Special programs for children are designed to be entertaining, even as they educatge youth about the dangers of drugs and violence.  We collect and distribute new and gentle used clothing and household house-hold goods.  We support the basic needs of Emeryville and surrounding communities and help many get a new start.  Also, we keep people and hopes alive with plentiful and healthy food.
